Top 5 Reasons Why Lists Must Die
Most of us have done it in the past; and I’m no exception. It has become an ugly trend on the internets among elite1 and new bloggers alike; and I’m going to put a stop to it. Here are the top 5 reasons why you should never make a “Top # Reasons” list post. Ever.
5. Everyone is doing it. Be unique and original, you son of a bitch!
4. Lists are for serial killers with an organized, yet neurotic, murder agenda. What are you, a killer or something?
3. If an e-friend on the internets jumped off a bridge and then wrote about it on their blog, would you do it too?
2. Because it’s really obvious when you run out of ideas for your list, and just fill one in with nonsense to make it look complete.2
And the number one reason for never using top # reason lists on a blog post is…
