Elephants Draw Better Than Me

I spent 5 years in an art college. During the ordeal I had to endure terrible classes like Color & Design and Illustration. Terrible because I wanted to be a writer (copywriter, in advertising), and had not a single ounce of illustrative skill in me.

I can handle (and enjoyed) digital imaging, but when it came to free handing something for those core classes like drawing and painting, I was totally ashamed of how ass-like my work came out.

Luckily, some instructors had pity on the advertising writing majors. <3

Well, it turns out I sucked worse than I thought. Check out this elephant taking a brush to canvas. Normally when I see videos or hear about intelligent animals painting or drawing, it’s very abstract. Not in this case. Just check out the video, and you’ll see. Kind of amazing really.
